Return Policy

Returns are at the expense of the customer. Items can only be returned if there is a fault or damage to the product or if the product is not fit for purpose. The returns process must begin within 12 days of receiving the goods. Returns must be completed within 30 days of receiving the order. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Terms of Service

Cancellations of PREORDERS are subject to 20% of the cost of the order being deducted. Cancellations of ALL OTHER items will be subject to a small fee to cover the cost of processing fees (usually between 2% and 5%)
