Refund policy

Returns are at the expense of the customer. Items can only be returned if there is a fault or damage to the product or if the product is not fit for purpose. The returns process must begin within 12 days of receiving the goods. Returns must be completed within 30 days of receiving the order. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Once the item is received by us, and in the same condition as sold, a full refund will apply.

Please note that any refund, due to change of mind will be minus all fees and charges.
