2. Orders & Acceptance

  • We may refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or information, or suspected fraud.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • You agree to pay all charges for products you purchase plus any shipping or handling fees shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to stock levels, carrier delays, or other uncontrollable factors.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once goods are dispatched.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If an item is faulty, damaged, or not fit for purpose, you must contact us within 12 days of receiving the goods and return the product to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as sold to qualify for a refund.

  • Refunds are issued minus all fees and charges we incur, including processing and payment gateway fees.
